Summer herb Focaccia

    Summer is here and so is our Summer Herb Focaccia!

    This focaccia is made with our sourdough starter for a light, fluffy, flavourful dough, but what makes this sourdough so special and a must-have this season are the fresh herbs that are organically grown in our gardens - rosemary, Greek oregano, Italian oregano, English thyme, purple sage, Genovese basil and garlic chives.

    The herbs are generously topped and included in the focaccia dough for maximum flavour.

    This focaccia is so versatile. One of my favourite ways to enjoy it is with sliced heirloom tomatoes, a drizzle of good quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar, flaky sea salt, cracked black pepper and topped with ribbons of fresh basil.

  • Contains organic white wheat flour, fine sea salt, yeast, water (filtered), sourdough starter (organic white wheat flour, water [filtered]), organic rosemary, organic Greek oregano, organic Italian oregano, organic English thyme, organic purple sage, organic Genovese basil and organic garlic chives.
