Savoury Vancouver Island flaky sea salt is sprinkled on our signature focaccia dough, which consists of sourdough starter, organic bread flour, and a pinch of active yeast to achieve a fluffy, airy crumb.
We drizzle the focaccia dough with Terra Delyssa extra virgin olive oil and then dimple it to create gorgeous, crispy air bubbles after being baked to golden perfection.This focaccia may be lightly dressed but is full of flavour!
It's great for sandwiches, to make into garlic bread or croutons, as an accompaniment to soup, chili or stew, or to enjoy it as it is. -
