Our crisp artisan crackers are made with organic stone-milled whole grain flours like rye, spelt and whole wheat. These crackers have a lovely depth of flavour and texture, plus aromatic fresh organic rosemary grown in our garden during the spring, summer and autumn months, and shop-bought fresh organic rosemary during the winter. We use high quality extra virgin olive oil from Terra Delyssa.
The crackers are finished with a light topping of Vancouver Island flaky sea salt.
