Our homemade 100% basil pesto is luxuriously rich and creamy; made using our fresh organically grown Genovese basil, cashews, fresh Ontario garlic, fresh parmigiano reggiano cheese, freshly squeezed lemon juice, high-quality extra virgin olive oil and our homemade basil salt.

Our lovely pesto is added to the focaccia dough and topped after baking for major pesto-y flavour.
