    Our bagels are inspired by the bagels that originated in the Jewish community of New York City. The bagels are boiled in honey-infused water, giving them a slight sweetness, shiny crust and a delicious chewy texture. Our bagels are large in size, generously topped and 100% handmade.

    Bakehouse Bagel Flavours:
    Sesame Seed, Poppy Seed, Everything, Plain, Onion, Parmesan, Garlic Parmesan, Black Pepper & Parmesan, Flaky Sea Salt, Salt & Pepper, Wholewheat, Wholewheat Everything.

    Specialty Bagel Flavours:
    Cinnamon Raisin, Parmesan-Everything, Cheddar-Dill, Blueberry, Chocolate Chip.

  • Organic hard red spring wheat flour, fine sea salt, yeast, granulated sugar, water (filtered).

    Canadian honey (or Ontario honey when available) is used during the boiling process.

    Organic white rice flour is used for non-stick purposes.
    Organic extra virgin olive oil is used for non-stick purposes.
