  • Fresh leek, thinly sliced russet potatoes, chunks of aged Canadian cheddar cheese and organic rosemary are a winning combination for our fluffy sourdough focaccia. Topped with Maldon flaky sea salt.

    Thinly sliced leeks are found throughout the dough giving the focaccia a sweet and mild taste.

    This focaccia goes so well with soups and stews, and with a generous amount of butter - delicious!
