A pantry staple sourdough with 80% organic hard red spring wheat flour (high protein bread flour) and 20% whole wheat flour for added texture, flavour and nutrition.
As with all of our sourdough breads, they're 100% true sourdough using our three year old sourdough starter, The Doughager Countess (named after Maggie Smith's character in Downton Abbey - Violet Crawley, The Dowager Countess of Grantham). -
Organic hard red spring wheat flour, whole wheat flour, sourdough starter (organic hard red spring wheat flour, water [filtered]), fine sea salt, water (filtered).
Organic white rice flour is used for non-stick purposes. -
Contains wheat (GLUTEN).
