A highly nutritious, long-fermented, and deeply flavourful sourdough loaf that contains our new organic Autumn Seed Blend (organic raw, hulled pumpkin seeds; organic raw, hulled sunflower seeds; organic natural sesame seeds; organic black sesame seeds; poppy seeds; organic brown flax seeds, organic golden flax seeds; organic black chia seeds).
This hearty Autumn-inspired loaf is made with 12 Grain Flour and 100% certified organic freshly milled hard red wheat flour from 1847 Stone Milling.

Whole grains are rich in protein, vitamins and fibre, keeping you satisfied for longer, while also lowering blood sugar and nourishing your microbiome.
As with all of our sourdough breads, they're 100% true sourdough using our three year old sourdough starter, The Doughager Countess (named after Maggie Smith's character in Downton Abbey - Violet Crawley, The Dowager Countess of Grantham). -
